Delivery Times

Normally all orders paid for before 4pm will be posted on same day. Any orders placed on a Friday after 4pm will be shipped on the Saturday. Please note: We will be increasing our postal charges and Russia Range prices and we will keep you updated 🙂

Our standard delivery is:
” 1-5 days Delivery not guaranteed.” Free for orders over £100 & £4.80 otherwise.
Extra cost will be charged for International and Special Delivery post. The required service must be chosen at the shipping page. Special delivery is guaranteed for the next working day 1pm.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL pay pal addresses must match postal delivery addresses at time of checkout. We do not accept any form of phone payments. You can pay as a guest if you do not have a pay pal account, just click PAY NOW.
ROYAL MAIL CHANGES:
From late September 2012, Royal Mail will be delivering recorded items to a “neighbour” if the addressee is not available. Royal Mail will drop a card through the customer’s door to tell them where they can pick up their item. If you wish to opt out of this scheme you can do so by contacting Royal Mail.

If for any reason, Royal Mail fail to delivery any special delivery items at their required time, we are willing to provide a refund for the postage paid and will make a claim to Royal Mail for the loss of this postage, if proven the item did fail to reach for its guaranteed time. We do not take any responsibility for loss of earnings or any other costs.
